I offer one-to-one therapy sessions face-to-face, via Zoom or by phone. I work in Billericay, Essex, UK. 

I also work with a wide range of insurance companies and healthcare providers, including Aviva and Axa Health. 

I am an EMDR consultant with a level 7 diploma in supervision.

I am a qualified and experienced integrative counsellor/psychotherapist, with an MSc in Counselling and a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling. I am a Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (SMBACP) (Senior Accred) and a Member of the EMDR Association Europe (MEMDR) (Accredited Consultant)

I offer both individual and group supervision for integrative therapy models and for EMDR therapy, for therapists working towards EMDR accreditation or seeking more information and support for integrating this into practice and gaining experience and learning skills.  Please contact me for supervision fees.

As a registered, accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, my practice meets the recognised standard for competent, ethical and independent practice.

Assessment is always the starting point of our counselling work together. I charge £85.00 for this 60-minute assessment. The sessions are 60 minutes long, and each session is £85.00
