There are many occasions in life when events, illness or simply stress and emotion can overtake our lives. That is the time when counselling can help make sense of why we feel as we do and give us the support or route to make sense of personal choices. 

I am a qualified and experienced integrative counsellor/psychotherapist, with an MSc in Counselling and a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling. I am a Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (SMBACP) (Senior Accred) and a Member of the EMDR Association Europe (MEMDR) (Accredited Consultant.)

As a registered, accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, my practice meets the recognised standard for competent, ethical and independent practice.

I offer one-to-one therapy sessions face-to-face, via Zoom or by phone. I work in Billericay, Essex, UK.

I also work with a wide range of insurance companies and healthcare providers, including Aviva and Axa Health. 

Assessment is always the starting point of our counselling work together. I charge £85.00 for this assessment, which takes 60 minutes. The sessions are 60 minutes long, and each session is £85.00
